Wallace W. Smith III has been practicing immigration and nationality law exclusively since 1996 and has been a partner at Mirbagheri & Smith since its founding in 2002. Mr. Smith is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law following an undergraduate career at Carnegie Mellon University. His concentration is in business immigration law including employment creation visas (EB-5), complex issues relating to H-1B visas, and permanent residence through employment (the “PERM” process). He is experienced with nonimmigrant investor visas (E2 Treaty investors), intracompany transfers of overseas employees (L visas), National Interest Waivers, and petitions on behalf of outstanding professors and researchers as well as individuals with extraordinary ability (priority workers).
